Fundació Bíblica Catalana (The Bible)

From 1928 to 1948, the Fundació Bíblica Catalana, under the direction of Francesc Cambó, published a complete fifteen-volume version of the Bible, translated from Hebrew and Greek. The expert collaborators involved in the project included: Carles Cardó, Josep M. Llovera, Antoni M. de Barcelona, Josep M. Millàs i Vallicrosa, and Nolasc del Molar, among others. In 1968, it was rewritten with the involvement of the new, post-war biblical scholars and published as a single volume. In 1999, it became part of the Institut Cambó under the name Col·lecció Bíblica Catalana and Col·lecció Hebraico-Catalana.
